I had so much fun putting together this list of the best baby gifts to sew. Now that I have had two kids, I love choosing gifts for baby showers and baby birthdays because it brings back so many fun memories. My favorite gift is to pair something store-bought and useful with something handmade. I think especially once you become a parent, you appreciate handmade things more because you realize how little spare time parents have! I rounded up over 100 free baby sewing patterns for each category so there will be something for everyone!

Other store bought things that I’ve included with handmade gifts over the years are teethers, nose suckers, favorite diaper rash creams, and of course diapers themselves. I was thankful for each gift I received, but it certainly was nice to have extras of those things on hand even if they aren’t as fun to buy as toys and tiny clothes!
