Who doesn’t love bowling! This was a gift set that I sewed for my 3 year old niece for Christmas. It was a simple project and turned out really well (I think!) The pattern is from Sew Like My Mom, you can find it on Etsy. The pattern pieces are small enough that this would be a great scrap-buster, too.
I stuffed my ball with recycled tshirt scraps. Graduating from college left us with a bajillion tshirts. I made a bunch into rags and couldn’t bear to just pitch the rest, so I chopped it up into cotton confetti; it comes in handy to stuff things like the bowling ball or my DIY pouf that need more weight.
I made a nifty little storage case out of an old duvet cover’s packaging. Those zippered bags are gold! I use them for everything. Some cardstock and stickers personalized it, perfect for a little girl with a long hallway.

This is a totally adorable set! We used to have one of these when my first daughter was about 2...it was a hit. So much more fun to make your own, though!

Quick sews like this make me happy- so satisfying! I need to make a set for my son, too.
