A curated list of 30+ beginner embroidery sampler pattern and kit options – fun beginner hand embroidery patterns to learn different stitches.
I might be a broken record, but I love hand embroidery sampler patterns. They’re a fun way to try a bunch of different stitches and if you don’t like the stitch, you are usually on to the next one quickly. There are so many hand embroidery stitches out there, samplers are fun for beginners and experienced stitchers alike. A friend of mine mentioned wanting to try one out so I started working on a list of ideas, and organized it all for everyone to enjoy! The first section is hand embroidery sampler patterns that are for sale and the second section is free hand embroidery sampler patterns.
The patterns range greatly in what all is included with them, with a range from the pattern by itself, to including a stitch chart and diagrams, to including a video. Read the fine print before you buy/download so you know what you are getting!
